He did it today in the game against Chelsea, but I’m pretty sure I saw him do it recently previously, too. Is it just something that he recently started doing, or has he done it for a long time?
He didn’t do it after he scored his second goal of the game on his penalty kick vs. Chelsea today, though.
He recently had to fly back to Argentina due to family concerns revealed to be his premature child.
Most likely it’s a reference to that.

Do you know any quiet and safe areas to live near Manchester City centre?
It would be more favourable if the area takes about or less than an hour to and fro Manchester City Centre by transport. It doesn’t have to be in Manchester city itself, and not too expensive areas.

You are best checking out the following report which has a ward by ward breakdown of Manchester including crime figures:

It only covers Manchester City Council’s area but is far more useful than the information you can get off sites like upmystreet.com as they don’t break the figures down into local areas (so a nice area with low crime than falls within a larger Council area with very high crime would appear worse than an really rough area that falls within a Council that is largely made up of well-to-do neighbourhoods).
Personally, I would recommend Whalley Range, which used to be quite a rough area a few years ago but has improved a lot and has the lowest crime figures in this report. It’s only a couple of miles from the city centre and a lot of it is a conservation area (with lots of tree-lined streets) and surprisingly quiet for somewhere so close to a major city centre. Other suggestions in south Manchester would be Chorlton or Didsbury/West Didsbury.
